These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who register an account and users who access the Service without registering.
HandTrack is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that allows users to track poker games among friends, calculate transfers, view game statistics, and connect with other players. The Service is provided free of charge.
HandTrack is a tracking and record-keeping tool only. We do not facilitate, host, or organize gambling of any kind. We do not process real-money transactions between users.

By using HandTrack, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are under the required age, you must not use the Service.
To access most features of HandTrack, you must create an account using your phone number (via SMS OTP) or Google Sign-In.

You may not create accounts using someone else's phone number or email address, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.
You agree to use HandTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
"User Content" refers to any data you enter into HandTrack, including display names, game records, buy-in amounts, and results.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Service, you grant HandTrack a limited license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. HandTrack does not verify game results and relies entirely on user-entered data.
You agree not to enter content that is:
HandTrack allows registered users to add "guest players" — participants who do not have a HandTrack account — to a game. When you add a guest player, you represent and warrant that:
Guest players have no account and therefore no ability to dispute or correct data entered about them. If a guest player wishes to dispute a record or request data deletion, they should contact us at [email protected].
HandTrack makes no guarantee that the calculated transfers shown in the app are legally enforceable. We are not responsible for any disputes between users regarding money owed or paid.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of HandTrack — and any associated gambling activities — complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Poker and gambling may be regulated or prohibited in your location. HandTrack does not provide legal advice.
The HandTrack name, logo, design, and all content created by us (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of HandTrack and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service or its content without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We welcome feedback, ideas, and suggestions about HandTrack. However, if you submit any feedback or suggestions to us (via email or any other channel), you acknowledge that:
This does not apply to bug reports involving security vulnerabilities — those will be handled confidentially.
HandTrack integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Google, Twilio, Cloudflare, and Vercel. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of any third-party services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.
We strive to keep HandTrack available at all times, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, and 17) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HandTrack regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings — whether written or verbal — between you and HandTrack relating to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
